Acronis has announced it has entered into a distribution agreement with Ingram Micro, which will now sell the company’s suite of disaster recovery and data protection solutions to resellers and managed service providers throughout Australia and New Zealand.

David Lenz, senior director and general manager of Ingram Micro Australia’s Enterprise Technology Group, says demand for disaster recovery and data protection products is growing in the enterprise space as well as with SMBs.

"Acronis’ backup, recovery and virtualisation solutions offer the features and capabilities these organisations are looking for,” Lenz says.

"We are delighted to add Acronis to our portfolio of industry-leading solutions and services.”

Acronis is already distributed in the region by Datastor.
