Kaseya's managed services platform will be used to help drive base 2 ICT Managed Services business.

The Auckland-based MSP says it already services more than 50 clients in New Zealand and Australia and to support its growth, base 2 needed to move beyond remote monitoring and support to full-service managed services.

Greg Sharp, Managing Director of base 2 ICT Managed Services, said, “In addition to remote monitoring and control, our engineers were looking for advanced scripting, patch management and automation features. Our engineers gave Kaseya their thumbs up, so it was an easy choice.

“We are already seeing great dividends for our clients, such as reduced downtime, cost saving and improved response times.”

Back in February it was announced that Ingram Micro partners would have access to Kaseya’s SaaS-based tools.
